Crossfit Wright-Patt was an informal network of fitness enthusiasts in the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Community. We are now a network of individuals who follow the Workout of the Day (WOD) posted to the left on the crossfitwrightpatt.com website. The WOD is posted the evening prior to each workday. Many of us individually do the WOD at the Jarvis Fitness Center in the Kittyhawk area of the base. Jarvis is a 24/7 gym but requires a registered Common Access Card (CAC) or a separate card for retirees to enter. Registering of cards can be done at Jarvis between 1100 and 1700 on regular business days.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! Unfortunately Wright-Patterson has reduce/confined the CrossFit area to an old Racquetball court with limited quantities (1-2) of certain equipment. This eliminates the ability to have small (3-4) group workouts without enough equipment and while other individuals are randomly entering the confined space using the room to powerlift or do there own WOD.
